The International Symposium Neural Networks (ISNN2004) will be held in
a summer resort city
Dalian in northeastern China during August 19-21 2004. ISNN2004 is sponsored
and organized by Dalian University of Technology
and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE
Circuits and Systems Society; IEEE Neural Networks Society Beijing,
Hong Kong, and Singapore Chapters; and IEEE Control Systems Society and Robotics
and Automation Society Hong Kong Joint Chapter. ISNN2004 aims to provide
a broad international forum for scientists, engineers, and educators working
in the areas of neural networks to discuss state-of-the-art science and technologies,
and their applications in diverse areas. The symposium will feature plenary
speeches given by worldwide renowned scholars, and some special sessions
focused on some popular topics. All papers accepted and presented at
ISNN2004 will be published by Springer as a volume of Lecture
Notes in Computer Science.
